Prices and booking information 2026 and 2027
The prices for the holiday home are as follows (minimum 7 nights):
- 12-06-2026 to 28-08-2026 €165 per night (From Friday to Friday)
- 28-08-2026 to 18-12-2026 €125 per night
- 18-12-2026 to 04-01-2027 €135 per night
- 04-01-2027 to 01-04-2027 €125 per night
- 01-04-2027 to 11-06-2027 €130 per night
- 11-06-2027 to 27-08-2027 €165 per night (From Friday to Friday)
- 27-08-2027 to 17-12-2027 €125 per night
- 17-12-2027 to 03-01-2028 € 135 per night
These prices include bed linen, towels, Booking fees, energy costs, and sales tax, but exclude cleaning fees (€65), tourist tax, and the cost of cancellation and/or travel insurance.
The prices for the B&B rooms are as follows (minimum 2 nights):
- January 1, 2026/2027, to June 01, 2026/2027, and September 01, 2026/2027, to December 31, 2026/2027:
- 2 people: €114 per night, excluding breakfast
- 1 person: 5% discount on the price for 2 persons, excluding breakfast
- Breakfast can be booked for €12.50 per person per night.
- For stays of 3 nights or more, you receive a 10% discount on the room rate.
- June 01, 2026/2027 to September 01, 2026/2027:
- 2 people: €138 per night excluding breakfast
- 1 person: 5% discount on the price for 2 persons, excluding breakfast
- Breakfast can be booked for €12.50 per person per night.
- For stays of 3 nights or more, you receive a 10% discount on the room rate.

When booking, you must pay 30% of the total rental amount within 2 weeks of receiving the invoice. The remaining 70% must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. The booking is only final upon receipt of the 30% deposit.
If you book within 6 weeks of arrival, the booking is only final upon receipt of the full amount.
