Prices and booking information
The prices for the holiday home are as follows:
- 28-03-2025 to 13-06-2025: €110 per night (minimum of 5 nights)
- 13-06-2025 to 29-08-2025 €140 per night (minimum of 7 nights and from Friday to Friday)
- 29-08-2025 to 19-12-2025 €105 per night (minimum of 5 nights)
- 19-12-2025 to 05-01-2025 €112 per night (minimum of 5 nights)
These prices include bed linen, towels, booking costs, energy costs and sales tax, but exclude cleaning (€65), tourist tax and costs of a cancellation and/or travel insurance that you have to take out yourself.
The prices for the B&B rooms are as follows: (minimum of 3 nights)
- low season 01-01-2025 to 13-06-2025 and 29-08-2025 to 31-12-2025:
- 2 persons: € 100 per night excluding breakfast
- 1 person: € 95 per night excluding breakfast
- Breakfast can be booked for € 12.50 per person per night.
- For 7 nights or more you will receive a 10% discount on the nightly price.
- 13-06-2025 to 29-08-2025: (minimum of 3 nights)
- 2 persons: € 120 per night excluding breakfast
- 1 person: € 114 per night excluding breakfast
- Breakfast can be booked for € 12.50 per person per night.
- For 7 nights or more you will receive a 10% discount on the nightly price.

When making a reservation, you must pay 30% of the total rental amount within 2 weeks of receiving the invoice. The remaining 70% must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. The booking is only final after receipt of the 30% deposit.
If you book within 6 weeks before arrival, the booking is only final after receipt of the full amount.
