Prices and booking information 2026

The prices for the holiday home are as follows (minimum 7 nights):

January 1, 2026 to March 27, 2026: €125 per night
March 27, 2026 to June 12, 2026: €130 per night
June 12, 2026 to August 28, 2026: €165 per night (Friday to Friday)
August 28, 2026 to December 18, 2026: €125 per night
December 18, 2026 to January 4, 2027: €135 per night

These prices include bed linen, towels, Booking fees, energy costs, and sales tax, but exclude cleaning fees (€65), tourist tax, and the cost of cancellation and/or travel insurance.

The prices for the B&B rooms are as follows (minimum 2 nights):

- January 1, 2026, to June 01, 2026, and September 01, 2026, to December 31, 2026:

2 people: €114 per night, excluding breakfast
1 person: 5% discount on the price for 2 persons, excluding breakfast
Breakfast can be booked for €12.50 per person per night.
For stays of 3 nights or more, you receive a 10% discount on the room rate.

- June 01, 2026 to September 01, 2026:

2 people: €138 per night excluding breakfast
1 person: 5% discount on the price for 2 persons, excluding breakfast
Breakfast can be booked for €12.50 per person per night.
For stays of 3 nights or more, you receive a 10% discount on the room rate.

These prices include bed linen, towels, booking fees, energy costs, cleaning costs, and sales tax, but exclude tourist tax and the costs of cancellation and/or travel insurance.

When booking, you must pay 30% of the total rental amount within 2 weeks of receiving the invoice. The remaining 70% must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. The booking is only final upon receipt of the 30% deposit.

If you book within 6 weeks of arrival, the booking is only final upon receipt of the full amount.
