Prices and booking information 2026
Unfortunately, due to the VAT increase on accommodation from 9% to 21%, we are forced to increase the prices:
The prices for the holiday home are as follows:
- January 1, 2026 to March 27, 2026: €125 per night (minimum 5 nights)
- March 27, 2026 to June 12, 2026: €130 per night (minimum 5 nights)
- June 12, 2026 to August 28, 2026: €165 per night (minimum 7 nights, Friday to Friday)
- August 28, 2026 to December 18, 2026: €125 per night (minimum 5 nights)
- December 18, 2026 to January 4, 2027: €135 per night (minimum 5 nights)
These prices include bed linen, towels, Booking fees, energy costs, and sales tax, but exclude cleaning fees (€65), tourist tax, and the cost of cancellation and/or travel insurance.
The prices for the B&B rooms are as follows:
- January 1, 2026, to June 01, 2026, and October 01, 2026, to December 31, 2026:
(minimum 3 nights)
- 2 people: €115 per night, excluding breakfast
- 1 person: €110 per night, excluding breakfast
- Breakfast can be booked for €12.50 per person per night.
- For stays of 7 nights or more, you receive a 10% discount on the nightly rate.
- June 01, 2026 to October 01, 2026: (minimum 3 nights)
- 2 people: €140 per night excluding breakfast
- 1 person: €133 per night excluding breakfast
- Breakfast can be booked for €12.50 per person per night.
- For stays of 7 nights or more, you receive a 10% discount on the nightly rate.
These prices include bed linen, towels, booking fees, energy costs, cleaning costs, and sales tax, but exclude tourist tax and the costs of cancellation and/or travel insurance.
When booking, you must pay 30% of the total rental amount within 2 weeks of receiving the invoice. The remaining 70% must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. The booking is only final upon receipt of the 30% deposit.
If you book within 6 weeks of arrival, the booking is only final upon receipt of the full amount.
